5 Bad Places to Take Your IELTS Online Classes

Do not let the freedom to choose your training location be a distraction to your JRooz online review experience. Be smart when choosing where you will conduct you online classes. Look back to your past test review experiences and figure out your study preferences. Do you concentrate better when you are alone or when there are things happening around you? In which environment do you retain information better: one with white noise, soft music, or utter silence? Determine your ideal IELTS online course conditions.

Now that you have an idea, search for places that match your criteria. Eliminate these studying venues from your choices to make the most out of your online sessions.

1. A Shared Room
Taking your IELTS online classes in your room may not be a good idea if you are sharing it with someone—be it in a dormitory, an apartment, a condo, or your family home. Unless your roommate is considerate, there is no guarantee that you will not be disturbed during your digital sessions. The same applies to studying in communal spaces like the living room, the common room, and the kitchen.
2. The Library
The library is the perfect review spot for studying, not for taking your IELTS online course. You have to speak up during your digital classes to communicate with your instructor. So, unless your library offers small study rooms for rent, you best cross out this place from your list of potential training locations.
3. Cafeterias
If you are thinking of taking your online classes during lunch time—either because you are very busy with your other studies or with work—you have the right mindset for IELTS success. However, your school or company cafeteria is not the most conducive place for digital training. There are too many distractions: people chatting over their meals, cutlery noise, and more.
4. Public Parks
Taking your JRooz online review in the public park can save you from studying in a stuffy closed environment. The fresh air can stimulate your mental processes. However, it may not be the best review location if you are easily distracted. It is very easy for your eyes to wander and observe a passing jogger or a dog-walker.
5. Coffee Shops
A cafĂ© is one of the most recommended study places for test takers. Its cozy atmosphere and gentle buzz can get most people in the zone for review. However, that does not mean that it is the ideal training location for all. If you are conscious of other people’s presence or are easily distracted by various activities, coffee shops may not be a good study spot for you.

Conduct your review sessions in a study-conducive environment. Avoid places with a lot of distractions to maximize your test preparations. Search for a location that caters to your study preferences for the best JRooz online review experience.
